Return & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original brand packaging with all tags attached.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items sent by mistake will be replaced free of delivery charges.
• Parcel opening unboxing video is highly recommended as proof when claiming damaged or missing items.

3. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

1. Contact our support helpline / WhatsApp at 03346100201 with your Order ID (e.g., ORD-xxxxxx) and photos/videos of the item.
2. Once approved, dispatch the parcel back to our Main Store address in Rawalpindi via any trackable local courier.
3. Upon receipt and physical inspection, your exchange item will be dispatched or refund processed within 3-5 working days.

4. Exclusions & Non-Refundable Shipping

Items damaged due to customer misuse, water exposure (for non-waterproof watches), or missing original tags will not be accepted. Original courier shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a seller defect.
